With so many people being housed, fed and cared for at Mindrolling, the buildings and equipment are all kept running smoothly due to the hard work of a few people, who day or night run from place to place answering many calls and providing services.
Along with the maintenance of the many shrine rooms, monks quarters, guest houses, class rooms and various buildings, there are also the beautiful and extremely well cared for grounds of Mindrolling which also serve as a respite to thousands of local tourists each week. The landscaping and grounds maintenance crews work extra hours and at odd times to accommodate the empowerments and the thousands of guests.
